Overview
Onboarding is an important feature that helps guide your users through and familiarise them with the app.
Klarna is a significant Swedish payments company based in Stockholm. It was founded in 2005 and is currently a decacorn (value of $10 billion) among Europe’s largest fintechs. It’s a BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) product with a range of payment options, most notably for slicing payments into installments.
With a lean process of researching, prototyping, testing, and iterating, we collaborated with the CXOs domains and numerous teams to deliver the greatest possible onboarding to the Klarna app and web experience.
